They will conclude by submitting a report with recommendations for future actions. The students are from a diverse range of countries including Mexico, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Nigeria and India. Their international backgrounds and studies in technology and innovation management provides an ideal partnership with Scale Ireland's commitment to supporting innovation-driven enterprises in Ireland and beyond.
Scale Ireland is also delighted to be collaborating with Trinity College Dublin in relation to its MBA Scaling Project. Scale Ireland has helped Trinity College MBA students to partner with a number with suitable start-up and scale-up companies.
Scaling is a complex and demanding process for any firm. The Trinity MBA Scaling Project provides an intensive, live and βflashβ consulting project where a team of MBA candidates work alongside a scaling firm to identify, diagnose and offer strategic recommendations on how to manage their scaling.
The scaling project relates to a specific growth related impediment or challenge a young, fast-growing company is facing that has become (or could potentially become) a bottleneck for achieving greater scale. The Scaling Project is a unique applied module of the Trinity EMBA and in recent years has covered a wide range of strategic and market development challenges for firms across a range of sectors in Ireland.
